most browned shelled eggs are from native chickens while the white ones are from the normal white hens. the brown ones go bad quickly and the white last for a longer period

It's just the different type of chickens that lay the eggs. Besides the color of the shell, there is no difference at all.

Chickens are bred to lay white eggs, they look more appealing to a lot of people and you can easily see if they're clean.
Brown eggs usually give us ideas of farm breakfasts, more organicy and less manufactured feeling. The chickens who lay them haven't been bred strictly.
