yes you can, you can also catch syphilis and herpes this way to. If your worried that you have maybe caught something you could visit your local GUM clinic (genito-urinary medicine). They will test you for all STD's and its completely confidential, they don't use your name on the forms or samples taken, your giving a code, so no-one will find out that you have been tested. You can catch any STD from oral sex. STD are transmitted through contact with secretion from a person with the disease, the mode of contact is not relevant.

Yes, all sexually transmitted diseases can be obtained by oral sex. Do NOT have oral sex without a condom. It is just as bad as intercourse.

yeah if that person has gonorrhea, cause you are exposing your self to their diseased "juices" and if you have an open sore in your mouth like from biting your tongue that's considered an entry point too
