I personally like it---i have it maybe 1-2 times a year--someone told me that was NASTY!!! what do u think?

It's nasty to eat any type of meat! That's A Vegetarians viewpoint and I'm a vegetarian.
Do you realize you posted in the Vegetarian area? I suggest you avoid all meats if you want to be really healthy but if you do so don't
forget to eat lots of fruits. Fruits are really more important than Veggies in a Vegetarian
or Vegan diet. Vegetarians really should be called Fruitaterians but lets leave that alone cause that word could get corrupted to Fruity
and someone might think gay was ment! So sticking with Vegetarian name is best. Well
Vegetables are almost as important as fruit
so be sure to have some veggies too!

Goats meat has higher levels of iron, much more than steak. You should maybe eating it more times than you are. It is not nasty, especially if you can get organic.
Did you know that in the old days pigs were used to eat human feaces, and did you know that anything an animal eats or injests, you are eating as well. So I do think that pig meat is worse - don't you, now that you know?

I love BBQ goat , especially the ribs . Goats are a very clean animal, I also like goat milk.

I have a Jamaican friend and she makes currey goat. I tried it once and didnt care for it. A little too gamey for me

its a bit strong but prepared in the right way its good beeter in its a young kid......deer meat has a similar stromg flavor...if the are raised to butcher and good feed then they are great.
