Why don't they serve coffee in Chinese restaurants? I don't drink tea

It's their culture to drink tea instead of coffee

b/c coffee is not a Chinese drink. their drink is tea like green tea.

In Chinese restaurants for drinks...they don't have coffee because coffee is not herbal but tea is.Chinese loves to drink herbal bevarages not bevarages which contains caffine.

Coffee is a white thing...tea are Chinese Thing.

plus it's better for you, cleans your system and stuff...

tea to flush out the oil or fat in the meal, that's why they keep eating and they still healthy. Start drinking tea if you like chinesee food.
