Go to a local junior college and get placement testing. Find out what you will be good at. Advanced training and education are the best ways to move up in a company and get higher incomes.

Don't know what you want to do? Work for a temporary agency and get lots of experience in different offices in various areas of town in different fields of interest.

Good luck.
Monster.com and local job fairs are great for college degreed folks.

Well, let's start by knowing what kind of job you have done in the past and which ones interest you. Where do you live? Do you have any degrees in something? Is there one thing you excel at work wise? Describe your dream job?.

Could you add details please?

First you need to look for something you enjoy not just something that pays good. Next complete a great resume and post it where your interest are and affiliate yourself with career focused people.
