I am looking for someone who knows about making living breads. Buckwheat pizza crusts, tortillas, etc.

I don't know how to make it at home, but Ezekial 4:9 and Food for life (brands) bread are vegan and sprouted/living type bread. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Put a bunch of grain in a collander and get it wet. Wait for it to sprout, then dehydrate it. Voila! Living bread!
