I used to make a simple one - just make some WHOLE WHEAT crust - mix whole wheat flower, water, a bit oil, then use tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese. olives mushrooms and other toppings if you wish.

It can be cooked in a microwave.

Why do you want to cook pizza without an oven?

Ovens are used to cook pizzas. That's just the way it works.

You could use a grill I suppose, but you would need to check it really often as it would burn a lot quicker.

As for the toppings, assuming you have found a good cheese, you can more or less add what you want... sweetcorn, peppers, onions, mushrooms etc.

im not sure if you are wanting to know the pizza base ingredients or the toppings. but i would just pile the vege toppings on like capsicum, pineapple, muschrooms, sundried tomatoes, garlic, olives etc and put it under the grill, you could use some lebanese round bread i used to do that in place of a pizza base , spread some sauce on it, then toppings , cheese and under the griller or if no griller then in a pan on the stove top, with some olive oil to fry tthe underneath and melt the cheese , unless you dont eat chese, (cow - milk - cheese) - hope this helps

Buy a store bought pizza crust. Mix 1-2 blocks of cream cheese with garlic powder (to taste). Cut up Red, Orange, Yellow and Green Peppers and sprinkle them all over the top. You will love it! It has a wonderful freshness! You will make it again and again! I used to make my vegetable pizza with Dill Dip for the base and then sprinkle with carrot, cauliflower and broccoli, but after trying this one, I haven't gone back! Good luck!

Pita Pizza

"All you need is mozzarella cheese, sliced veggies, olive oil, pita pockets, and a grill. Brush the pita with oil, layer on the veggies and cheese, and then grill until the pita is crisp, the veggies are tender and the cheese is melted."
INGREDIENTS:
1 pita bread round
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 tablespoons pizza sauce 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced crimini mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
2. Spread one side of the pita with olive oil and pizza sauce. Top with cheese and mushrooms, and season with garlic salt.
3. Lightly oil grill grate. Place pita pizza on grill, cover, and cook until cheese completely melts, about 5 minutes.
