Herpes is NOT contagious through urine.
Herpes simplex virus 2 (typically genital herpes) is mainly passed through sex, whether it be vaginal, anal or oral. It can also be transmitted by direct skin to skin contact with the genital area.
You CAN NOT get herpes from urine, a toilet seat, shower, pool, etc. I have personally had genital herpes for over 5 years. I shared a bathroom with my two younger brothers those whole 5 years and they NEVER got herpes from me by using the toilet or shower after me. It's just not spread like that.

I dont think of there is any variety of herpes that basically basically won't have the ability to be transmitted. Do your study heavily ... You dont wanna be caught with this. Now specific herpes isnt transmissible 24/7 yet no person may well be a hundred% specific of whilst they are transmitting it the two. to no longer point out that it could wait years in the previous showing up.

Only through direct contact with the sore. A cold sore is the Herpes virus.
Urine is actually mostly sterile due to the high ammonia content.
Most diseases, like aids and hepatitis aren't spread through urine, though it's a popular belief that they are.

unless you sat on it with your bare butt and had a cut of some sort then noooo way. the herpes virus 2 i believe that is what you referring to, is only transferred through sex...that's why it is categorized as an STD. So unless the two of you have slept together or engaged in any other type of sexual act while the person was "shedding" then...No you shouldn't have it from that person.
