Kimchi is the essential dish to everyone Korean (I know of only a few that don't like it). It's been with us a long time, I know some people like to put it on pizza as well. There's like a Kimchi society in Korea that studies the health effects of it (it repels SARS? apparently) etc. I love kimchi, couldn't live without it...

Here's some websites about Korean food:

Hope that helps~!

it's a national dish. you don't have to eat it if you don't like it. most traditional korean family will have it.
