Lutefisk! Those crazy Vikings even got the Italians hooked - I saw barrels of it for sale at the farmer's market in Isernia.

Can't say the same for Haggis, though.

Haggis in Scotland. Lutefish in Norway. Anything else at all anywhere else at all. However, Scots and Norse elsewhere can sneak in their respective dishes as long as they don't inflict them on non-consenting adults.
