Fruits such as kiwi fruit or papaya are high in this but also oranges contain a good source of folic acid. Other foods it can found in is Vegetables such as broccoli, brussel sprouts, spinach, cabbage, asparagus and parsnips.

brocc. oj are your 2 best if you are preg i would use this my son was born with spina bifita i was lacking in this vitamin and didn't know it until it was to late but we were lucky would never know he had this unless you saw his back he can walk run dip and dive hope all is well
