could be pid probably not see a gyn or local clinic your health dept can send you in the right direction no matter of your ability to pay if std causing this pain you will get er med help soon no matter the cause early detection saves lives

they can be. it could even be a symptom of a yeast infection, a bladder infection, urinary tract infection, or even pregnancy...i'd go to a dr if this is persistant.
