That is really sad since pot bellys are usually pets. It would be like roasting and eating your dog. But, I'm sure you could.

I observed in the foodstuff community, the way the roast a pig for the luau.. is they positioned a gaggle of coals in a tremendous trench, then they wrap the pig already lifeless, sparkling and pro in a gaggle of Banana leaves and canopy it with like some type of fabric and pass away this for the full day cooking. Then is waiting. this is beneficial to purchase a recipe e book for minor info and to your Luau to be a achievement. Have a tremendous social gathering!!

That really does not appeal to me since it will probably be someone's pet, but theoretically you could roast and eat just about anything. In some countries they eat dog, cat, guinea pig, etc. Yuck.

i was an adviser in Viet Nam, '65 and part of '66. it tastes like pork. only difference in flavor was from the seasoning. i liked it with rice noodles and nook nam (a type fish, squid or shrimp sauce)
