Absolutely. Almost all STDs can be spread by giving oral sex. Chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhea, HPV, herpes, HIV (to name a few) can ALL be spread by oral sex, some more than others of course.

Yes hun you certainly can! You should make him wear a condom when giving oral sex, of course you would want it to be non-lubricated.
