It's just a cramp. Try some extra B-complex and potassium to help lessen the chance of the cramps occuring. And perhaps look at a few exercises for your feet.

Hi, I am a cardiologist. I think you should check your own pulses and BP. if they are ok, then your foot must be check by a traumatologist

if may be due to lack of vit b complex deficiency
u can take metylecobalamine tab/ing 1500 mg /day
reduce your body weight and do walking(fast)
take banana one /day (small one)
calcium tab can help you 500 mg /day
