It depends on the state. If it is a first offense it should not be too bad. Some states take their fishing seriously, like in Minnesota there is only two seasons: fishing is open and fishing is closed. In fact you can not even get a fishing license in the state of Minnesota if you are behind on child support. I think it was on Leech Lake a man was fishing and got into an area that was zoned for Indian fishing only, the tribe confiscated his boat. It all depends on the state and if the judge is in a good mood. If things look bleek you can get one of OJ's lawyers.

In California, it's a minimum of $100.

Do a search on "fish without license (your state)".

Now you're fishing for answers in all the wrong places!!!!!! U think there is a universal fine?? Get hold of the issuing agency in whatever area ur talking about. By the way, that's "without" not
"with out".

It varies by region.
$75 in my state. If you get an attitude with the judge assessing the fine it can get REAL expensive. Possible loss of priveleges and even jail.
