the spread of aids will stop when:
* people with the disease start wearing a condom
* women get access to female condoms and gels that prevent their infection
* morons with the disease stop screwing young virgin girls, believing that it will cure them
* the Catholic church gets its head out of the sand and realizes that condoms will save lives!

i do not ever see a cure. one day maybe a preventative antidote but no cure.
