This is what I found in my search on countries that have ran testing programs for HIV/AIDS Iceland is less than 500 as of 2005. Brunei Darussalam is 100 or less You can check out the whole list at the second web site a lot of countries have not released there records or are not keeping track of infected cases

Probably Mongolia. There aren't many people in that country, and the aids rate is very low, which means even fewer people have the disease. My guess though.

that would hard to say- in 2001 it was Norway then Saudi Arabia the third was Afganistan. But who's to say how many test are being run.?
