I am not sure I understand the question. My husband is from Mexico so we usually eat traditional foods. Like last night we had pozole. We eat alot of chicken in a soupy sauce. Green sauce with fried ribs and some beans on the side is really good. I also like pipian, it is chicken in a sesame seed and mild chile sauce. I am not a big fan of mole, but they eat it alot for parties.

I either go to my local tacqueria and order up or I cook up something wonderful here at home.
My mother was raised by a Mexican housekeeper so she learned a lot of authentic recipes, and passed them along. The only one I never got the hang of was patio spaghetti.
C'est, la vie.

As hot as physically possible, or all tastes the same. Keep a couple Rolaid's on hand in case. Or drink a swig of milk afterward, that gets rid of heartburn just as fast!
