Right if you have one of those George foreman things or something similar here we go;

from the top to the bottom of the banana make a slit all the way down one side, spread chocolate spread and stuff in a few mini marshmallows wrap in tin foil and leave for about 5 Min's.

Take it off the George grill careful coz it will be hot, place on an oval dish place two scoops of ice cream either side then spray whipped cream down the sides on top of the ice cream.

Finish off by crumbling a flake chocolate bar all over and maybe a strawberry
NOW TELL ME THAT'S NOT THE BEST BANANA SPLIT EVER!!!

Traditional Banana Split

1/2 cup scoop vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup scoop chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup scoop strawberry ice cream
1 large ripe banana
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (or Hot Fudge)
2 tablespoons strawberry ice cream topping (or fresh strawberries)
2 tablespoons crushed pineapple
2 tablespoons wet walnut ice cream topping
whipped cream
cherries

Line up ice cream scoops next to each other in an oval deep dish or a banana boat.
Cut the ends of the banana off (about 1/4 inch) while still in the peel.
Slice in half longways.
Pop each half of the banana out of the peel onto each side of the ice cream row, pressing down and in a little so it'll stay put.
Top the vanilla ice cream with the pineapple, the chocolate with the chocolate syrup and the strawberry with the strawberry sauce.
Spoon the wet walnuts over all three scoops of ice cream.
Top each scoop with some whipped cream and a cherry for each.
Enjoy!

1.Peel a fresh banana and split it in two the long way.
2.Line up the halves at the bottom of a special glass dish.
3.Add one scoop each of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream.
4.Cover with crushed pineapple, chocolate syrup and fresh strawberries.

Add some amaretto, kahlua, Irish creme, or other liqueur, pour and follow immediately cover with a hardening topping. Like the chocolate dip they dunk cones in, so the alcohol doesn't run down the sides, but will melt down straight into the ice cream. Helps too if booze is cold, but not frozen.
Now you got a comfort food!!!
