I recently had the flu for about 2 weeks, with fatigue, cough, fever, and runny nose. i now just have a bad cough and it takes a little more effort when breathing, everything else seems to have gone. Should i worry? i just feel out of breath.....

more than likely the infection hasn't completely gone away...you may want to make a doctor's appointment and get checked out, just to ensure that your flu didn't develop into a low grade pneumonia, which will make breathing difficult.

usually it takes longer for the cough to completely go away. i had the flu also last spring, and it took me 3 weeks to clear out my lungs.

Yes - if you feel out of breath you need help...you might have pneumonia.

That sounds like chest congestion to me. Give it a little while more to clear up.
