Good but fattening meal:
Dress it in bread crumbs and simmer in oil. Stick in bamboo sticks all over and let dry. Take out bamboo and lightly put in hamburger seasoning to taste. Bake in oven at 335 degrees for 30 min. Should be good to eat by then.

Note: The bamboo is a great side when chopped up and mixed in with lightly salteed and buttered corn.

If you really want to know, and are not just trying to provoke folks' ew factor, I'm sure you can substitute it in any venison recipe. Horse meat does not need to be in parentheses.

ive never heard of eating horse meat, suppose i would eat it before cat or dog though, maybe not. why do you want to eat horse?
