Chimichangas are absolutely the best! Though I'm finding that most Mexican restaurants only offer chicken or beef chimichangas, I actually prefer the vegetarian version, consisting of a vegetable medley (broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes) with jack and cheddar cheese, wrapped in a large flour tortilla and deep-fried. Can be topped with fresh guacamole or sour cream.

chimichangas are definitely food. If i'm not mistaken, I believe they hail from Tucson Az I think they originated here
