Remember its not a reflection on the diet, more a reflection on the fact that veggies tend to come from educated classes.

The veggie group was the only "life style choice" group - the rest were jobs or schools.

Sad fact is most people don't think at all ( about anything ). Whether you agree with veggies or not, being veggie proves that at least they think and there that gives them ahead start over the 80% of regular McDonald/KFC families.

The same arguement can be applied to any group who makes a lifestyle choice - you're naturally ahead of "most of the rest" because you're thinking about life.

I would also expect a group of "meat-eaters" to do well - I'm guessing such groups/societies exist who are particualrly intersting in eating certain types of meat ( The Steak Appreciation Society or something )

In not snobish, just fact I'm sorry.

I presume you are intimating that they won because they are vegetarians and suggesting that this is because you believe it to be a healthier lifestyle. If that is the case they should win again next year and the year after that and so on and so on. If they loose next year would that make you believe being a vegetarian was a less healthy lifestyle? And if not, why not?

As you just get a cross section of people who are vegetarians, butchers etc it has no relevance to anything. My score was higher than the vegetarians and i am not a vegetarian.
Anyway Humans teeth are designed for an omnivorous diet.

I'm a butcher and I couldn't care in the least. I don't even know what ttn is, I guess we butchers have better things to do than sit in front of the idiot box all day, I know I do.

Lucky old them ! - I mean, that was a test held under REALLY scientifically controlled conditions, wasn't it?
Oh no, I just remembered - it was an entertainment show, wasn't it, and the only REAL test that the vegetarians could have won would have been a farting competition.
