Anything on www.foodnetwork.com. Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals are amazing. My boyfriend made me this lovely dish (which he later told me he found on Rachel Ray's part on foodnetwork.com) with gorgonzola on steak and portabella mushrooms with greenbeans. It was so romantic and nice, I reccomend it to anyone.

This is my idea of a really nice dinner. Try it she might like it.

Get yourself some vanilla tea light candles and place them all over the table you are going to server her at. A low table with pillows on the floor would be nice. Get a bottle of Cafe Zinfadel wine and put it on ice while you cook. Ok so here is the dinner:

If she like oysters start with a appetizer of oysters: Because they are an Aphrodisiac this will start the evening off nicely. Cook them how you think she will like them.. Butter and garlic are really good. If you need a easy recipe hit me up on my 360 page. For the dinner itself. Steak is easy and if you don't cook it all the way she won't get sick from samonilla or something worst like she will with chicken or pork.

I have a more complicated steak pizzaiola recipe but this will work:
Get a bottle of Bertolli marinara sauce and shredded mozzerlla cheese.

Grill the steaks to your taste and pour on the simmered marinara sauce. Sprinkle on the mozzerella. Serve with a side of Linguini pasta. I think it is so nice you are taking the time to make a nice dinner for her. I am sure she will LOVE IT.

Oh don't forget a nice side salad.

The most romantic thing would be to find out what this particular lady likes, and show her how much you care about pleasing her by paying attention to details that will show the level of thought involved. The specific menu should be tailored to what she likes, but most people think a well chosen wine is an especially romantic choice.

My personal opinion is that you should put the most effort into the dessert.

Firstly, anything you prepare yourself will absolutely delight her, maybe with a nice setting i.e. candles, flowers and music
Pasta dishes are really yummy and take very little effort maybe with some nice garlic bread or rolls, go to your liquor store and ask them what will compliment your chosen meal. Theyre really helpful in that aspect. If you dont know many recipes, look online, theres tonnes.

Well, I would love it if you grilled me a big fat ribeye and had baked potatoes rubbed with olive oil and coarse salt before you wrapped them. I would like real butter and shredded sharp cheddar and sour cream and fresh cut chives on the potato. I would really love fresh corn on the cob, boiled for about three minutes brushed with garlic butter and a little salt. Please make me a salad of fresh spinach, feta cheese, black olive slices, diced tomato, hearts of palm and artichoke hearts. A little Greek or Italian or even Caesar dressing is great.
Please dont forget the wine. I like a nice Chianti. No dessert, though, you will do nicely

Do you have any idea what she prefers or can't or will not eat?
Steamed crab is a fun dish to eat, a little messy, but with a lot of laughs! Being able to laugh with each other is highly romantic.

Find out what the ladys' favorite food is and serve it by candle light at a fancy table. For desert, my favorite thing to serve is chocolate covered strawberries.

Try a different cuisine that she may not have eaten before. That will impress her. Also something that takes time... to show your hard work.

Try something Chinese or Japanese or Greek.
