and so what....did you test positive now....those sores could be Canker sores from acidity in your mouth i.e too much orange ( juice high acid ) with your alkaline mouth

First of all, the idiot that said oral herpes "isn't catchie", can tell that to my genitals. Oral herpes is usually refered to as herpes simplex 1 (HSV1). It's usually found on or around the mouth rather than inside, and can be spread to the genital area and visaversa. You probably just had cankers from something you had eaten. Yes, you can have a false negative test (usually when you are newly infected). No harm in getting a blood test just to make sure.
