Well The square root of a number is the number which when multiplied by itself gives the first number,

Because we are dealing with the number 1, There is a deduction value here too, but I am too sleepy to explain that....something about square roots always being smaller than the original number....

Soo it is logical to assume that the square root of a bowl of oatmeal with cheese on top of it, is 1/4 of whatever you had in the bowl....you must like that combo very much :)
