if the numbers keep getting higher? what does all this mean?

Well an infiltration is usually pneumonia.
which you would take antibiotics for.
However you are confusing me by asking about numbers getting higher. That has nothing to do with an infiltration.
Unless you are talking about your WBC's

Infiltration by what? You need to add more detail to your question - the more information that you can provide the better an answer you should get. Are you referring to fluid caused by pneumonia? Please edit your question for more detail - thanks!
