does anyone notice the intense information being generated towards the Labor Day weekend party "storing of meat" and "how to keep foods safe" categories/stories? aren't we glad we don't have to waste our time worryng about all that, seeing how each of us has either chosen a vegetarian or vegan path?

doesn't it feel comforting to know that we don't have to worry about our food? i, for one, sure am a lot more comfortable not having to worry about the vegggieburger or vegan dish i am about to partake in, how about you?

i wish you all a safe and cruelty-free holiday! :) let the veggies / veggieburgers / booze commence! :)

peace!

Take out the mayonnaise and eggs in the potato salad, the butter on the corn on the cob, the grated cheese on the salad, the whipped cream on the shortcake...ya you're vegan but why the hell bother having a BBQ or eating for pleasure for that matter? I’d rather go on being a horrid carnivore.

Safe food storage is not just for meat eaters. Vegetables and even vegan foods can spoil.

That is truly one thing I love about being a vegetarian! The only thing I don't like, is participating in a BBQ with carnivores. Everyone is respectful and they try to keep their bloody food away from mine, but...

Hey, have a great weekend!!

I am celebrating those who have labored so hard in this Nation this Labor day, not the fanatical cooking of meat.
Happy Labor day to you, dude.

So sorry to piss on your parade, but veggie burgers can be just as unhealthy when time/temperature abused as meat products..... if not more so!!!! Why else would they be sold frozen???
