galbi for me
beef short ribs is yummy I want it right now!!!! Help!

I love bulgogi, and was out with a friend in a Korean restaurant who ordered galbi. He suggested the galbi, but since everything gets stuck in my teeth, I chose bulgogi, since it's loose and one need not bite down into the meat and tear it off the bone. I think galbi would be stuck in my gums for days!

Well, I do like bulgogi, but I haven't tried galbi yet, I'll give that a try some time.

I like bulgogi if it's done right with the correct amount of sweetness (pear extract, I believe) and salt. For my tastes, bulgogi that melts in your mouth is better than galbi.

BOTH are delicious!!!!!!!!! but if i had to choose, i would say bulgogi. but galbi is extremeley good too!
