Why would you even ask such a STUPID question? Because of people like you is why I have my own blood stored for incase I need it. I also have someone who is the same blood type as me that can donate if what I have stored at the hospital is not enough.

I have a blood clotting problem and need transfusions ALOT and people like you is why I will NEVER have donated blood put in me

if u have aids and wanted to donate blood that would be a bad idea because someone who might have your blood with aids in them would die in a couple of years beacuse who knows ur blood might have an infection or something.

Accually you can, when you're giving all your info to the people and answering those questions they give u a slip with two bar codes, one for yes and the other no - they ask you to place the bar code on the pad - yes if you think your blood is safe to use, no if you dont think it is. then you place the unused barcode on a blank spot - the point of this is that if someone dragged you in to give blood and you didn't want to tell the person you couldn't give blood cuz you have aids - you can still go thru the motions and give blood. obviously they throw it out back at the lab.

No blood bank in the US will accept the donation of infected blood. If you do not tell them, and they find the virus in your blood, you can go to jail. I suggest you forget about spreading your disease and concentrate on keeping yourself healthy as you can.
