this is a good question lots of people think that way she can catch hiv without getting pregnant because hiv is in a guys semen and the semen still gets inside her then she has a great chance on contracting hiv and do me a favor go to www.google.com and type in aids or hiv and read up on it ok it would take me forever to explain it so just do some research exspecially if you have hiv you should know more about it good luck

OMG how can you even ask such an ignorant question with all the education that is out there directed at avoiding becoming infected with aids.
And don't you think that since it is a disease that began with only gay men being infected, that it's not something you catch with becoming pregnant..... you should be so ashamed to ask such a stupid question.
