I would tell your mom what's going on.
It may just be nothing but anxiety, but you need to talk to a physician about it to make sure.
It isn't normal to have any sort of pain like that.
Though, it is probably related to a lung issue or your diaphragm, it needs to be checked out.
Please talk to your mom and doc about this so you start to feel better, and you make sure there is nothing wrong.

My mom past away because of diabetes and had breast cancer as well. Even though diabetes can cause lots of problems I don't think you need to be worried you have it to. It sounds like your just breathing in too deep. If your that worried ask your mom to make you a doctors appointment for a physical. If she ask you why just tell her you just want to keep a check on yourself for good health reason. And you feel you should start now learning what things you should watch for since diabetes and cancer run in the family.

Don't worry it's not heart problems. Are you nervous about anything or undergoing a lot of stress right now..i've had this two years ago i was 12 and in a really mean teachers class and she would make me cry I WAS 12 popular and she made me cry. So basically if your nervous/stressed out about something this could happen or if you are really full and then go and lay down. Or you could have evn pulled a muscle in your chest..that's happened to me also.
good luck & don't worry..its nothing

You are fine. It seems you are scaring yourself into thinking there is a Heart problem. You are young and probably going through a lot of stress. Be assured your heart is NOT the problem.
So breathe deeply and relax Hon.
God Bless.

for heaven sake, go to the doctor!!!! it is probably nothing (i.e strained chest muscle) but wouldn't your mind be put at ease to know that? i doubt your mom's cancer or diabetes has anything to do with the actual physical problem but at 13 having a parent with a chronic illness is stressful! please, talk to your mom and go to the doctor.
