you need to go to the Doctor and have some labs drawn
You need a fasting Sugar Glucose Test
A1CH Test
Urine maybe all Doctors do things different
Sugar is not something to fool around with it can be contained to a point by diet, meds and if real bad shots. If you don't get this taken care of you are looking at different types of medical problems to arise such as High Blood, Heart Problems, and even Renal Failure.
Go to the Doctor you could be playing with dynamite.

You think you have diabetes and I KNOW I have it.
This is nothing to fool around with. If you are diabetic things are happening to your body right now that can never be reversed. Nerve damage (my problem) as well as blood circulation and potential damage to heart, liver, kidneys and other organs. I had to have my gall bladder removed. There are some relatively simply blood tests that will give you and your Doctor a good indication. Go get tested and proceed from there. Early detection means early intervention and that can mean a longer life with less problems for you and others about you.

Do NOT pass Go.
Get straight to your doctor and get a blood test done.
I am not a doctor and don't know if there could be other
causes but if it is diabetes you will start feeling a whole
lot better after your doctor tells you how to bring it under
control. I know because I've had Type 1 for 42 years.
God bless you.

simple, just fast for 12 hours and have your blood sugar levels checked. Or you can be checked for glucose in your urine. Based on your question you cannot make a diagnose of diabetes, there are other reasons that you are drinking and peeing more than you usually do. Perhaps emotional.

I would suggest that you go to your doctor and have your glucose checked. You may be borderline diabetic and there could be ways for you to avoid getting full blown diabetes.

You certainly have all the symptoms. You need a check up. Early diagnostic is the best.
