What design should i make my custom made cake?????

I make cakes for all my grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and others. The one that I get asked for most, it the T-shirt.
I make a large cake in the shape of a t-shirt. Then I ice it the same color as their favorite t-shirt, as well as letter it. No name is required, as usually everyone has seen the shirt.
One of the young ladies at church had me make one for her mom that said world's best grandmother. This is how she announced her to her mother that she was expecting.

I think it would be cool to have a teddy bear if that's what you or whoever your making it for would like. Its amazing what they can make for cakes these days.
