I have abdominal pain, constipation, numbness and sharp pains in my hands and feet, joint aches, nausea, loss of appitite, shakiness, burning sensations, some dry mouth and fatigue. and I was diagnosed with hypoglycimia 4 years ago.

You really need to see a doctor because you have a lot of symptoms diabetics usually frequently urinate and are always thirsty., they usually loose like 10 pounds in a week with on set. Get to a doctor soon could be serious similar to Lyme's disease and rheumatic fever symptoms either way you need test

I think a doctor is in order. SOON. It sounds like maybe you are having a allergic reaction to something. Are you taking any new medications? Or did you try any foods that you normally dont eat? Whatever is going on with you needs to be checked out by a professional and promptly before something more severe happens. Dont hesitate get to the hospital.

Well, when I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic, I had increased thirst, frequent urination, blurred vision, weight loss, pretty much every single symptom there is with diabetes. Your symptoms sound more like what you mentioned in your question, hypoglycemia.

I think there are all sorts of conditions with symptoms like that. I search for answer to similar stuff for years and came up with a severe food intollerance. It took talking to multiple doctors to find the answer. Good luck

I'm not really sure. But i can tell u that u need to go check with a doc and see if it is diabetes or just an allergic reaction.

from the symptoms you manifest you are displaying all the tell tale signs of diabetes speciffically HYPERGLYCEMIA high sugar the opposite of Hypoglycemia or low sugar I would get it checked ASAP it can be life threatning if not kept in check see dr NOW or go to ER or fire station they will most likely take you to ER gorbalizer

That does not sound like diabetes, but you need to see a doctor because it is not hypoglycemia either.
