Just relax. Sometimes when you eat too much, you actually feel bad before you feel full. If you don't feel better in 20 minutes, you know it's just the amount you ate, and not WHAT you ate.

after you ate oily food.

get a cup of water. dump one tablespoon of baking soda into it. stir very well, and take a big gulp. guaranteed it will work as well as tums or pepto, and its cheap, too.
