Sounds like your sugars are running high, you need to go to the doctor to get it checked, you may need to change your medication or the doses you take. Make the appointment right away, having high sugars can be very damaging to the body

I really think you need to see you PCP right away. I also have type 2 diabetes and had the same problems like being tired all the time and wanting to sleep etc.. It turned out the my blood glucose was high (above 250mg/dL) You may need to have your meds adjusted, change your diet etc.. till you feel better....

You should be checking your blood sugar at least 4 times a day. Especially an hour or two after meals. Keep daily notes at what time you take your blood sugar. Show your doctor when you get to him/her.

Are you checking your sugar levels daily?if not you should.Often the tirdness and urinating alot are signs that you are not keeping your sugar levels low enough. Letting it stay high often. If your not checking then start and if you find that your sugar is high adjust your diet and seek medical help.
