If I were your boss and you did stick them to your nipples and dance around my desk, you'd get more than a pay rise.....

There are plenty of ways to preserve strawberries. Here are some:
1. Don't wash them (it will shorten their freshness) but just put them in plastic bags and put them in the freezer.
2. You may choose to make them into a jam or jelly. Here's how: (this'll make 2 pints of jam)
2 qt. strawberries
4 ½ cups sugar

Wash berries and remove stems and leaves. Arrange alternate layers of whole berries and sugar in a large bowl, and let stand in refrigerator or other cool place for 8 to 10 hours to bring out juice. When juice has accumulated, place fruit-sugar mixture in heavy kettle over medium-high heat. Bring quickly to a boil, stirring gently so as not to break berries. Boil mixture rapidly; stir frequently to prevent scorching until temperature reaches 8 degrees F to 10 degrees F above the boiling point of water. Remove fruit mixture immediately from heat, skim, and pour into hot, sterile canning jars. Store in refrigerator for up to three weeks.

This jam is really tasty. Try it!

you can make a fruit salad with them or why not make a tart with them or something
you could add them to yoghurts
blend them and make a smoothie
make some jam out of them
make a strawberry shortcake
or maybe a strawberry pie
or a strawberry cheesecake
or even strawberries dipped in chocolate! yummy!

hope that has given you a few simple ideas to think about!

Freeze them! Next day put them in the blender (8 is a good number), add a few tsps of sugar (you can adjust later when you taste it), a 1/2 tsp of vanilla and a bit of milk or soymilk (start with a 1/2 cup). Blend and then add more milk until it is smooth and creamy, but still thick - and add more sugar if needed. Very good!! Also good with frozen blueberries. Works well with soymilk too.

Give them to me, I could do with some strawberries right now.
Or, stick them in the fridge for later/tomorrow.
Or, attach them to your nipples with cream and dance around your boss's desk - you may get a pay rise

Bury them - they're dead. maybe the seeds will give you a strawberry plant and you can eat fresh strawberries next year - but I doubt it. I'm sure it was eating strawberries that gave me appendicitis.......
