Do you know how many different varieties of French cheese there are? I don't, but I know they are many and varied. Do I like French cheese? Yes, the smellier and runnier the better.
By the way, Mozzarella is Italian.

I don't dislike it really, but it is an acquired taste. We had a sampler platter of different cheeses in French class at school.

I hardly eat cheese. If I do, I don't know where they are from.
Never border to find out because I hardly eat cheese. I eat more margarine than cheese or butter.

I have tried them but find most of them too strong for my taste. I guess you would say I'm a simople man when it comes to cheese. Mozzarella (sp? for cooking), sharp cheddar, swiss and pepper jack are my staples.
