the only way you can get HIV from sucking someones breasts is if she is lactating/producing breast milk.that is why women who are HIV+ and give birth to a child are advised not to breastfeed in order to prevent the transfer of the virus to her child.The child developes its own immune system the first few months of life and more than likely will not be possitive if given AZT and Bactrim during the first three months of life which is standard protocol to help child while shedding mothers immune system and developing their own.The breast milk will just give the disease to a child who would never have it,I say that to explain how kids are now born without virus in case people out there think they automatically have it. so dont suck on breasts of new mothers and youll be safe.

If you have comsumed her milk.....you are a goner.....i'm sorry to say.
Breast Milk is an excellent carrier of the HIV.

Only if she has open wounds (cuts etc.) on her breasts. And only if you some how manage to suck blood out of them..... Good luck with that!
