No, maybe like 1/3 or less. Consider Hindus in India, the second most populated country. China has Buddhists. Plenty of people there.

l don't eat meat but l know 99% of the people around probably eat meat. l believe Meat is Murder.

I would imagine, it would be quite a bit less than that! I'd harldly want to hedge a guess... but if I were to, I would guess that perhaps 1/16th or at the outside 1/8, but that figure is more or less a high guess.

Not out of choice necessarily but because of economic conditions.
