I think that would be a good idea to make it mandatory for testing. Anyone who wouldn't just seems like they have something to hide. No, They shouldn't kill them!

I would say testing everyone is unnecessary and extreme.

Some of us have little or no sexual activity or are in totally safe and monogamous relationships and are virtually immune to AIDS because there is no way we could be exposed. For those people an AIDS test is a waste of time and money.

Those in any kind of high risk category should be tested. I would not advocate any extreme measures be taken against those who test positive, but they should voluntarily limit contact with other people and those who refuse to do so should probably be institutionalized somewhere.

There are a lot worse things out there than HIV/Aids. The good news about HIV is that you have quite a bit of control over whether or not you get it. And, people live a long time with it, thanks to all the hard work the researchers have put into studying the virus.

Education is the key to solving the HIV crisis. There are other STD's that are just as deadly as well, so there should be no sex unless it is safe sex. Everyone should get tested regularly as well.

Its not a secret...pass it on!

First of all there is no testing for AIDS. The test is for HIV antibodies. And no i do not believe that people should be tested against their own will. If people should be tested for HIV then they should be tested for every other type of disease that can be contracted as well. Also if u kill the population that have AIDS what about the ppl who spread other illnesses like Rubella (german measles) and chicken pox?

Get real, the population of ppl need to be educated to prevent it. Not killing off the world population.

I think that it would be good to do more free clinics so people would be more inclined to get tested. Possible testing babies when they are born like they do for other diseases. And No, that would be so wrong. What if your mom, dad, sister, grandmother,or best friend came down with it. Would you want the government to kill your loved one? However, you can help.. Encourage your friends and loved ones to get tested. Best of Wishes.....

Aids is a chronic condition like any other chronic diseases which cant be cured. Keeping the disease under check and educating all ignorant people like yourself is the best thing that the government can do to help
