OH no... its not just nerves!
I know I am having another heart attack when I start the nausea & vomiting now that I have had 4 HA's I really know my system.
Each person is different and after a few you will know what is going on. Just know what to do about it right away is the key point. I don't call 911 anymore just pop the nitro's, but thats me.

If you are having chest pain, weakness and nausea, call 911 right away. Nausea almost *always* accompanies a heart attack.

It could be either. I had some major heart issues, what finally took me to the doctors was sweats, and nausea.
