Plain bagged frozen veggies are fine...nothing in there but veggies. If you are talking about the veggies in sauce, you would need to read the label..many of them are loaded with who knows what.

Frozen veggies do have some vitamin advantages over fresh because they are picked at the peak of ripeness and frozen so the vitamins don't deteriorate over time like some do in fresh veggies. For health, you should try and consume some fresh veggies or fruits every day. There are plenty of prepared salad in a bag products and baby carrots can be eaten straight up.

Frozen veggies are fresh all they are, are fresh vegtables frozen to keep their freshness longer I use frozen broccolli alot and all kinds of frozen veggies to make a quick stir fry when I get home late it's convinient and they are really good.

Freezing places now boast that they can get the vegetables cut and frozen within minutes. They are healthy, nothing to fear and delicious

Frozen foods are better than canned foods.
I don't think they're bad.... they're still vegetables.
If I woudnt have any fresh vegetables available, I would use frozen ones.

no they are not bad. they are quick frozen right when they are picked so they still contain as much nutrients as fresh ones.
