Have you ever caught an STD from a boyfriend??

Well, a few years back when I was married, I went to visit my friend in Texas. Well, when I got back and reunited with my husband, six weeks later I had a misscarraige. At the hospital they told me that it was from PID. (pelvic inflamitory disease). And that it was an STD. I had never slept with anyone else and so that left my husband to be the one who gave it to me. Come to find out that it was one of my other friends who had passed it on to him 3 days before I had came home. Needless to say we are divorced now. But, they treated me with antibiotics and a DNC. So yes even good girls get STD's.

I am not a good girl by any stretch of the world and I have never had an std.

No..thank goodness. I have been tested and it is very scary waiting for results. Anyone can get an STD and people need to stop being so mean when people ask questions on here about this subject. Good people can get diseases.

Anyone having unprotected sex can get an STD. I have heard of people getting an STD their first time having sex. Of course the more men you have sex with, the higher your chances of getting one. Even "good girls" get STDs, though.

i am 48 years old am i am proud to say i have never had or been treated for an STD from any boyfriend,husband or casual date!!

Yes, unfortunately. I contracted Herpes from a boyfriend, we were together for 2 years before I got it. He knew he had and chose not to tell me. Before we had sex since he was a tattoo artist I made sure that he went and had a test for HIV and Hepatitus. Unfortunately I was not that educated about herpes.
