I drink fat free soy milk, eat beans, egg whites...but I'm wondering which vegetables and fruits have the most protein? If you can...can you please name at least 3 fruits and at least 3 vegetables? If you can't name that many it's okay. I'm also open to any other suggestions for protein, preferably a fat-free source.

I agree that beans and grains would be good choices. Nuts are high in fat though. But I wonder why do you search to avoid fat so much? Sure don't add oil or eat too much avocados if you're trying to loose weight but you need some fat in your diet to stay healthy!

Avacados and figs are fruits with protein; dark green leafy veggies and broccoli have protein; also, nuts, of course; peas and beans have a lot of protein, which your body can get the full use of if you combine them with whole grains like brown rice.

Mix brown rice and dried beans.
Fruit doesn't contain protein - fruit contains sugars and carbohydrates.
Wheat germ has some protein.
Protein is made of amino acids, and to have a complete protein, you'll need all of the amino acids together.

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. And so as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.
