he has heart pain dizziness bleeding around the heart and is loseing his hair. i think it is called perilistous'.

If he goes to the Dr. I bet thats what they will say...I just leared about fluid around the heart...the fluid is called Pericardial Fluid...i'm in collage & my professor said that he can be deadly if its not treated

if it is in the pericardium (meaning the covering of the heart) then its called pericarditis and but there is no such symptom as heart pain (unless u talk in language of some love bullshit) but its rather called left sided chest pain and all these things depend on the type of chest pain when it occured.. wat caused it , wat relieved it and all sorts of other questions taht come along with it
