I've to inject insulin everytime, which I don't like, but apart from that is there other optional way to practice. Any other option for insulin and the way we inject it.

you could look into going on an insulin pump....very expensive but insurance will cover it, Im on one for 2 years now & in the 19 years Ive been diabetic Ive never felt better...you still have to inject the infusion site about once every 3-5 days but one poke every few days versus several pokes every day is WAY better to me...you can go to www.minimed.com and you will find all kinds of info & a place to request info...GOOD LUCK!!
just so you know you will have to get your Dr to reccommend the pump & give you a Rx for it

I have been diabetic (type 1) for 28 years, and have used an insulin pump (Animas) for 6 years. My youngest son has been diabetic (type 1) for almost 2 years, and is going on an insulin pump this month.
A pump makes this terrible disease easier to deal with, and you will have better control, but you most go to a Doctor who is pro-pump, or you will never get one.
Good Luck!

You have to take insulin injection regularly. though you may hate but for survival it is necessaty because in type 1 Diabetes beta cells of islets of langer hans in liver donot produce insulin. Use more sohpisticated needle.

at present you must take your insulin because it is the only replacement available nowadays for diabetes .you can decrease the frequency and the doses of injection by regulating your diet and exercise

there are less painful, but more expensive methods available.follow up care for diabetes includes periodic blood sugar tests, kidney function, glycated hemoglobin, etc. never even think of stopping medicine as soon as yopu see your blood sugar lavels normalising it isn`t as simple as that.ask a doctor to explain how sugar kills you slowly, without proper care.good books are available but might be a bit confusing, unless you know more about human physiology
