I'm looking for a good vegetarian recipe book with yummy dishes in them...i'm NOT a vegetarian, but I like eating all veggies/salads as meals often. I just want to mix it up! Any suggestions?

They have over 800 vegetarian recipes...I like to sift through them and just cut and paste the ones I like to a file on my computer...works great for me, anyhow!
